DAY 01

Arrive at Guwahati.

DAY 02

Drive to Sualkuchi (2 hrs. ) in the morning. Sualkuchi is famous for Assamese Silk weaving. Return to Guwahati and proceed to the famous Kamakhya temple in the afternoon.

DAY 03

Drive ( 7 hrs. ) to Thengal

DAY 04

Early morning elephant ride in the central range of Kaziranga. Jeep safari after breakfast in the central range . Afternoon visit to a tea estate, an Assamese village and a rubber plantation. Folk dance around a bonfire in the evening.

DAY 05

Early morning elephant safari in the western range of Kaziranga . A visit to a tribal village after breakfast followed by a jeep safari in the eastern range with picnic lunch. Folk dance around a bonfire in the evening.

DAY 06

Drive (3 hrs.) to Sibsagar to visit monuments of the Ahom Kings. Return to Thengal in the evening.

DAY 07

Drive ( ^1/2 hr.) to Jorhat Airport after breakfast for onward journey.
